Cairo – Mubasher: Egyptian Arabian Cmar Securities Brokerage (Themar) said it would postpone its extraordinary general meeting to 13 March.

The shareholders’ meeting was scheduled to be held on 6 March.

The meeting will look into endorsing the company’s financial statements for the fiscal year ended 31 December 2015, as well as the proposal regards distributing dividends of EGP 0.036 per share at total amount of EGP 2.27 million.

Themar saw net profits of EGP 1.43 million in 2014, down from EGP 7.12 million in the previous year.
